We don't. I agree.

For me the question of why there is something rather than nothing suggests that there might be. Every argument as to why there is no God is persuasive. However those arguments are equally persuasive against any of us being here.

Read up about the fine tuned universe. It won't persuade you, but it will cause you to wonder. For my own part, I think it more likely than not that there is more to us than the body we currently inhabit.

I've always felt extremely blessed to feel God's love and have a relationship with God even though I turned my back on Him and my faith at various times in my life I'm pleased to be back in the fold.
