I have heard that that our DoF and manager had a list of available players they were targeting and had started to talk to them a while ago.
This will make a pleasant change to the last minute bargain basement rush from Elite Management.

Not ours because this is the first year we have had a director of football. Do you think we actually scouted some of the signings we have had over the last few years, signing them and within weeks sending them out to clubs a couple divisions lower, never to be seen again.
