Premier sports perhaps
It was Premier Sports, they had the Conference from 2010-2013, and showed the following:

Wrexham (H) - 05/09/2010
Mansfield (A) - 12/02/2011
Mansfield (A) - 10/09/2011
Alfreton (A) - 09/11/2012
Luton (H) - 11/12/2012
Wrexham (H) - 04/01/2013
Cambridge (A) - 05/04/2013
Luton (A) - 16/04/2013
Grimsby (A) - 24/04/2013
Grimsby (H) - 28/04/2013
Wrexham - 05/05/2013

Wrexham in '83 was on MOTD, but not live.
