From 24th February Trust Board Minutes

Football Operations: Fixtures out on June 23; season starts on July 30. Likely to be five substitutes allowed next season. There will be no break during the World Cup for Leagues One and Two, though the three-player rule for postponements due to international call-ups will be in place. There has been an increase in disorder at grounds this season. The EFL is looking at how to combat this through education.

Season ticket holders (including half season tickets): 2172
Trust members: 1098

A couple of lines leapt out at me:

"Joint ticket promotion with Dragons completed"
It would have been interesting to see whether the initiative was viewed by the club(s) as a success or failure, and whether it might be repeated.

"Season ticket sales (incl. half season tickets) are now at 2,172"
That's a phenomenal effort, well done. Again, it would have been good to have heard how we might seek to grow that number even further, and what realistic targets have been set for next season on the back of it.

"GF reported that the new Fan Engagement Index had seen us move from 4th to 6th across the 92 PL and EFL clubs"
Again, a hugely impressive effort (even despite a small drop from the previous season) - but how are we looking to improve it further in the coming years?
