Big warning to everyone my new phone only had it 2 months last night on my night shift had a warning from Norton my security that an app Q code scanner was causing malware anyway from that moment on something took over my phone couldn't shut it down go into safe mode etc nightmare!

So when I got up had to call Norton on Mrs phone 1 hour 30 later no joy even using remote operation I was then advised to call samsung another 2 hours! The chap from the Leeds call centre finally sorted it remotely again brilliant service

But he said he'd never seen anything like it before trust my luck

I can't remember downloading the app but be careful and don't download q scanner ffs

Good info Jim. Some ba****ds about. Very rarely use it but mine is Bakodo. Can’t remember when I used it last. Holiday I think.
