I think the main difference this year is that we are an improving team on the up. Whereas last year we had just lost our best two players ( copper and twine) and on the slide. At least I think that was last season?

Also to be noted how far back Bolton were this time last season.

We seemed to have more belief than Orient and thoroughly deserved the win. It says a lot that when us fans were probably thinking it's a point well earned, the team wanted more.
That’s a very good point and being perfectly honest I had certainly thought it was a decent result to get a draw there, so glad the team didn’t! 😂
Incidentally I mentioned on another post that when the forwards fail to score it’s important for the midfield and defenders to pop up with the odd goal…
