Two long trips in a few days so very surprised no subs used.Cain for Cooper is the norm,maybe Cain was so poor Tuesday that JR decided against it.One of the strikers on for CBR.That said,a draw is a result but,Day made it easy for Sears so disappointed.We at least left players up unlike Flynny and had a few counter attacks so could have won it.

I wonder what MF is thinking now that Telford is scoring all these goals and he didn’t want to play him?

I don't know but in years to come County supporters will look back on Mike Flynn with great fondness, just as they have with Ashurst and Edinburgh.

Changed Tuesdays front 2 because of 3 games in a week ,then tonight don't make a sub ?had players tonight not played in a while through injury and played them All game .why not play CBR Tuesday get the 3 points then make changes tonight ? Plus highlighting the 3 games in a wk and fatigue but we don't play now till a wk Saturday .

Think that reflection will come if we don't reach the playoffs this season or next.

We made do with no goalscorers in the last two seasons so we can make do with one now.

Perhaps the reason for not using any substitutes was that JR and WH felt happy enough from seeing the data from the analyst, saying that 2 points from a possible 9 from the last 3 games doesn't read well, we are still in the mix and if we can stay there up till xmas who knows what the transfer window may bring, we got 10 days to regroup and come back out and prove a point.

No way was Day responsible for that goal, take a look at the build up prior to Colchester scoring and ask your self what the hell our defence was thinking, SHAMBOLIC comes to mind.

Fair enough over the week, we picked Crawley's pocket and Colchester picked ours. Telford ability to feed on scraps is phenomenal. I wondered if maybe not using any subs was a sign to some on the bench that their days are numbered.

Not sure about that, but it is to be noted that even after Colchesters's equalizer we still created the best chances to win the game without using subs.

CBR's return so far of 5 goals from 12 appearances is hardly poor. Should be pushing towards 20 if he keeps up that rate.

Last season's top scorers were Dolan with 7 from 42 appearances and Amond with 6 from 44.

Slept on last nights performance/result and whilst I share everyone’s frustration around failing to hang onto 1-0 leads and periods of poor play, I can tell you that I am really enjoying watching us play at the moment, some of the passing etc is imo a vast improvement on last season. Don’t know if I’m in the minority.

As far as I can recall I don’t think that Day had a real save to make, apart from one which he fluffed. Neither, yet again, did he dominate his 6 yard area, and I wonder if it his constant indecision in the box that is the root cause for some of the panic, and subsequent mistakes, amongst our defenders.
