Wouldn’t have thought that would be necessary for the Middlesbrough replay would it, regardless of ticket price? I imagine everyone who wants a ticket will get one.

Seeing as we are now cup specialists maybe now is the time to implement some kind of database or points system for ticket allocation for in demand games. Until something like that is put in place there will always be those who miss out. It would also negate the need for people physically queuing for hours to get tickets, as we saw for Spurs. There really should be no need for that anymore.

Tickets will be available to ST Holders, Trust Members, Shareholders and Clwb Spytty Members from the Newport County AFC Ticket Office at Rodney Parade from 9.30am until 5pm on Thursday 31st January, Friday 1st February and Saturday 2nd February.
Tickets will be on General Sale from the Newport County AFC Ticket Office at Rodney Parade from 9.30 until 5pm on Sunday 3rd February, Monday 4th February and up until kick-off on Tuesday 5th February.

Fifth Round
If Newport County AFC are successful in defeating Middlesbrough FC in the replay, match tickets for the Fifth Round game against Manchester City at Rodney Parade will be available in the following priority order:
ST Holders, Trust Members, Shareholders and Clwb Spytty Members
Middlesbrough replay ticket holders
General Sale
