In trying to answer the question posed, I would say that unless we have a disastrous run of results in the next 10 games, we should be prepared to accept GC until the end of the season at least. Of course not all the seasons results to date cannot be attributed to him, yet my analysis of this seasons results are that points gained away from home and goals conceded are indicative of a mid-table side, but our points gained at home and goals scored are more indicative of a relegation side. Irrespective of recent january signings this would appear to suggest that GCs biggest challenge and scope for improvement lies in his ability to improve the belief and positivity of the team at home, and thereafter increase points gained at home and goals scored.
