I hope those of a more mature age and observers of life will take time to read this
Humour should be just that
My stepdaughter bought me this absolutely brilliant tome."THE GRUMPY OLD GITS GUIDE TO LIFE".By Geoff Tibballs.
It's also available as an e.book.
Very, very funny take on life
Highly recommend
Re: Extremely funny book
2I’ll bear that in mind Norm. I’m sure I will be able to relate to some stories in there.
I am currently reading a serious and funny book - The bullet that missed, the third instalment of the Thursday Murder club by Richard Osman. Thoroughly recommended, but if you dabble, read the first two books first. Serious, playful and funny. That’s not the name of the books, just my take on them.

Re: Extremely funny book
3I’ve just finished reading the 1st Richard Osman novel ‘The Thursday Murder Club’. Absolutely brilliant. As you say Pembsexile, serious & funny at the same time. I have been given the next book for Chrimbo on my kindle. Can’t wait to read it.
