Internet stream.

Although iFollow has disappeared from County's website,Cheltenham are maintaining a similar video service under the iFollow banner. Anyone outside of GB and Ireland on Saturday can watch a live stream by registering on Cheltenham's website and paying 11 euros.

Yes, I have no idea why a similar service as well as the UK commentary service is not being offered by County. I can only assume that this is a commercial decision because we have not made enough profit from it in the past?
Maybe this is one area where the Trust could get involved as the voice of the fans.

Big mistake in my view. Our exiled contingent may not be huge but we are cutting adrift some dedicated followers both here and abroad. Such a pity as I believe our followers were growing abroad, not huge admittedly but like us dedicated.

It seems I jumped the gun in claiming that County were not providing live streaming of matches. Exiles TV is offering a range of passes including for tomorrow's game for £10. You will need to register again. Your old iFollow log in is no good.

Good news for our International fans because if my experience tonight of trying to watch the Chesterfield match is much to go by, they could have a superior product on offer, or at least one that I would prefer.
In the past when matches have been available to stream in the UK, I have watched them on my laptop. I could find no way of doing this for the Chesterfield match tonight. The Chesterfield match was a red button match as I expect the majority of ours to be and i couldn't find a way to access that on Sky Go or on the Sky Sports website. I resorted to installing the Sky Sports App on my tablet and watching it on there. The stream was also interrupted several times during the game which did improve when I put notifications onto do not disturb but even then at one point late in the game it just died, maybe first night niggles and hopefully things will improve tomorrow.
By the way, I'd be happy to hear from anyone who manages to watch our games on a laptop/PC using Sky Go or the website as that would be my preferred method this season if available.
As for tomorrow, I'll be back on the tablets.

I watched the Barnsley v Mansfield ( County rejects ) tonight on Sky Plus via the SkyQ system. It worked well ( much better camera work than efl ) but like you at the end of the game it froze. Had to reload but got the last 2 minutes

When i went into Sky Go on tablet to check it said matches aren't available on Sky Go, download Sky sports to watch.
I too watched Mansfield, on Sky Q. They looked half decent first half. Under cosh second half but good win. Evans did OK when he came on.

A friend has informed me that all 36 matches in the EFL this week-end are available live on Sky who are ignoring the geo block rule for Saturday afternoons. The club streaming services are, however, observing the normal UK and Ireland prohibition on Saturdays. The PL hasn't started yet and this may be the reason Sky are able to show live streams this pm. But I have to say that this all getting very confusing. Or is it just me?

Nobody is ignoring anything. Non premiership day so no 3 o clock rule and why all games on Sky. Was the same on ifollow. Every other weekend there won't be, except any games on FA Cup weekends. Any games chosen for live on normal weekends will be moved.
And same as Ifollow all midweek games will be available.
Club streaming services no longer have a license to show in UK as Sky have taken over from IFollow. They will only be streaming to fans abroad.
Today, Championship kicked off at 12:30, league 2 games are on at 3 and league 1 at 5:30

They will also show all games on the last day/weekend of the season but I don't think they have announced the kick off times yet

Watched County today on ifollow. Not sure of next week as we're not on the list. Anyone know if we can watch on ifollow if it's not listed for Sky?

The stream today was poor, it failed a number of times during the game, most noticeably just as the penalty was awarded and at the start of the second half. For the penalty it was possible to go back and then straight back in and little was missed but at the start of the second half it was 5 minutes before the stream was back up. Fans watching other games have complained about similar experiences, Sky really need to up their game if they want Sky Sports+ to be viewed as a professional offering.

Well I watched today for £10 using a VPN and I must say , apart from the result, it was excellent.

I watched using a vpn and Cheltenham's iFollow stream and it was very good. Didn't miss a thing. I did try to buy it from County but they declined my credit card.
In answer to the query about the Doncaster game I believe it will be offered as an overseas offer only even if Sky are not showing it. We have lost something with this new deal.

Yes and via County’s streaming link using a VPN.
The connection seemed a little more convoluted than previously was the case, and for me at least, which added to my initial confusion, there was no picture until about 5 minutes before ko. One big plus was that there were no annoying adverts.

Signed up last week for the seasonal international pass and was able to watch the Cheltenham game. However no luck with any available stream this week. My subscription shows Seasonal Video Pass - International (24/25) **WRONG PRICE**. Strange one. I've contacted them but guess I'll miss out on this game

There seem to be no options to stream either audio or video today. Between this and the appauling service offered by Sky it seems that we want to drive people away from the club.
This stuff isn't hard. iFollow was poor but at least consistently poor, this season has been abjectly pathetic.

Agreed, the transition away from iFollow has been absolutely appalling. Not everyone can get to games, there is absolutely no reason why the first home game of the season shouldn’t be available online.
I get that viewing rights change but I really feel for those not computer literate. Accidentally paid for match audio last week before realising there was a full commentary option. Sick of football fans being messed about by Sky etc. I want to support the club a variety of ways, not resort to piracy. My own match audio mishap aside it is shameful that in 2024, paid for streaming options do not work properly

That is odd. Were you using Exiles TV in both cases? I ask this because I notice that Cheltenham charge in Euros whereas County use pounds. "Wrong price" suggests it might be something to do with this.

Extended highlights have been uploaded on the County YouTube channel this morning.
https://www.youtube.com/@OfficialNCAFC/videos
Still nothing at all on the Exiles TV section of the official website which appears to be in a state of chaos.

Good. It sounds as if the message is getting through that County fans are not happy with a poorer video service than the rest of the league.

Yes Exiles TV. I noticed the price changed for the Seasonal Video Pass, £170 when i bought it before Cheltenham game. Then it was £180 when I was trying to find out how to access the Doncaster game. So that is possibly the reason.
I've had an email response. Saying they will be looking into the issue and will hopefully have it all resolved by our next fixture.
