3Of anyone has BBC iPlayer I personally think Storyville..Navalny is a must watch.
Stunning,disturbing,upsetting but a tribute now.
I was left in awe at his and his families and friends undying faith in humanity

4Recommend watching '20 days in Mariupol' blimey that was a tough watch. Incredibly distressing but eye opening and makes you feel very grateful for your lot.

5A Ukrainian friend of mine that lives in the apartment complex that I have a holiday apartment in, his family were from Mariupol and fled the war, we let them stay in our apartment rent free for 6 months until they were able to find their own place.
Really lovely people, horrendous listening to the stories they told us about the Russians
