Don't believe that is quite correct. What has been made public is the club has an option for another year. The important details of which have not been made public. Therefore we do not know if the club can command a fee if he signs for another club in the summer.
Transfermarket, not always accurate but better than some similiar websites in my experience says June 2024. :(

Mental to sell unless it was silly money (£750K +) and we had at least 1 other strike lined up even if a loan.

If Aaron Collins is worth somewhere between £600,000 and £1m I think expecting £750,000 for Evans is probably fanciable...

I think that would or should be the minimum asking price but don't think we should sell - its also up to the player - if its a championship club then he'd probably be there like a shot, if its a middling but moneyed league 1 club then he may be more reluctant (wages are a factor of course).
