Great news.. Lots of spondoolics for restoration and visitor centre... Wonderful piece of Engineering/architecture.

I read somewhere that Newport is unique in the world for the number of different bridge styles it has, stone, rail, suspension, transporter and iron.
Edit: Thanks to Mad Norm - there is also a footbridge.

I have it on good authority that Doris is knitting a footbridge as well,,,that's what she's been up to in lockdown.
