Seriously how can you argue with Stans point about Sligo.
Its just arguing for the sake of it.
Come on people its time to realise whilst meaning well (hopefully) that in general terms our board haven't got a clue in building a relationship with the supporters of our great club.
Its sad but unfortunately correct.

Clearly you are satisfied. And that's fine. I'm not and that may be because I am disposed to being discontent.

But here's the thing. The people of Sligo are no different from the people of Newport. So you have to ask why is a town one sixth the size of Newport able to raise far more money for it's local team in two days than a city of 150,000 can manage in three weeks?

You, may be satisfied with the relationship you have with your club, but it would appear that I am far from alone in being discontent.

And what you perhaps overlook is that not everyone thinks like you. That is not a criticism of you. Your view is as valid as mine and that of anyone else. But your logic appears to suggest that because you are happy with a situation, everyone else should be.

Well help me Paul.

Try answering a simple question. You have stated that you would leave the trust if they contributed £5,000 to Newport County.

Now of course we don't know if they have, but I am at a loss to what you believe funds raised by the trust should go towards. Any chance you'd tell us.

There you go again, jumping to conclusions due to a lack of knowledge. Tut tut.

You're fibbing again Paul.

Tut tut.
No, I stand by every word, including the ones you have deliberately deleted and you are still jumping to naive conclusions.

btw you are coming across as a tad obsessive, again.

Seriously happy for you.
Wish I had the same confidence and its not just me.
Quite a few Ex directors maybe had similar concerns to myself.

As you can see the full text of your post has the same meaning.

But you are right about being obsessive. Although we both are. You are an obsessive fibber. I have an obsessive need to expose falsehood. It's how I once earned a living. In fairness very few perjurers were as easy to expose as yourself.

‘Quite a few’ , that is quite ambiguous . Can you let us know whom? Or you just exaggerating again
