1People in Bristol walking their pooches in 28c heat. I'm a dog owner and wouldn't dream of doing that. Really fecks me off. What's wrong with the English?

8Just had to pick up my daughter from school and passed countless WELSH ( I assume they are Welsh as I am in Wales ) people walking their dogs.
