Looks like Woodiwiss & Twamley are the two names coming forward from the current crop

So am I right thinking the idea is if the EFL gets its way you can top up your 20-man squad from a development squad? But obviously first of all you need to establish one to play at that interim level, hence the new role? All for it.

I'd quite like Paul Bodin. Ex-player, loads of experience with youth set-ups at Swindon and Wales. Will have done plenty of scouting for Wales and will have loads of contacts from his playing days who are now in management and coaching.
