Townsend.
Collins looked good. On tonight's evidence he deserves more time on the pitch.
Re: Man of the Match Salford away
17Gonna be a close call this one. Think Townsend might sneak it though.
Re: Man of the Match Salford away
18Mickey, Josh Sheehan & Ryan Haynes all had very good games but Nick Townsend was superb.
Re: Man of the Match Salford away
19Can't say I have ever seen a MOM pole where one person has totally dominated to such an extent (91%) so far.
Totally deserved; and Townie had my vote.
Well done Townie.

20Absolutely no argument with Townsend as MoM. Magnificent display of goalkeeping.
Pretty happy with 4 points from those three away games - could & should have been 5 as the referees' chief as apologised for Abrahams' goal being disallowed on Saturday.
(The way Tristan used speed, strength & finishing for that 'goal' showed the potential he has, by the way)

21No doubt the referees chief will be apologising to Wellins for the awarding of ours but no difference to the awarding of theres which also wasn't a penalty only difference was we had the quality of player to be able to convertJonesy3 wrote:Absolutely no argument with Townsend as MoM.
