This was always the job which I worried might come up. Flynn is very well-regarded by their fans, they are one of the biggest sides in the league and feel they're a sleeping giant. I'd be very surprised if he wasn't towards the top of their ideal shortlist. Whether he'd want to move that far away is a moot point and may be a big factor - plus, of course, the chance to win something with his hometown club. But I think this job has a lot more going for it than, say, Lincoln did when he was linked there.
