Just seen this on the BBC Sport website.
With the Premier League suspended and the Bundesliga returning this weekend, there is one obvious question for UK football fans - 'who should I support?'
Obvious answer.... None. Its German football FFS. Desperate times if people resort to 'supporting' a German team just because they are on the tele..... oh, hang on a minute...
Actually, I'm not even sure it's on TV, although I can't imagine Sky will pass up the opportunity.
Re: German football, anyone?
2Think it's on bt. Might watch a Bundesliga game for the first time over the weekend. Probably support Cologne due to their goat mascot. Need a break from netflix

Re: German football, anyone?
4I've been googling to try and find the German club who played at Old Trafford in 2003/4 because their fans were far more entertaining than the match.
Success. I want to support VfB Stuttgart.

Re: German football, anyone?
7I sincerely hope this German venture doesn't have any bearing on what happens in the English leagues, but mention of BT Sports and Skybet would probably say otherwise. Personally I think what could kill it stone dead in the Premier League may be fans turning up at the venue of a behind closed doors match.
Re: German football, anyone?
9I'm hoping to see Rabbi Matondo get some time for Schalke 04 or possibly Ethan Ampadu playing for RB Leipzig although I believe both of their games are scheduled to kick off at the same time on Saturday and Matondo was playing more regularly before the break.

10Good Afternoon
Be careful betting on stuff you don’t know much about! I advise caution, I always bet a pound on Hoffenheim to win 4-0.
Ladbrokes have given me 55/1 for Saturday.

11No point in advising betting addicts to be careful. That ship sailed long ago.

12St Pauli. (Hamburg based team). They are In The second division.
Probably won't show them. Good call on team with Rabi, also Ampadu if he gets a game.

BET IN PLAY NAH
Don't have Sky, don't watch TV, don't bet online
Certainly won't miss my footy bet at Mr Coral.
My bank balance confirms that pubs shutting and Bookies shutting is good for my financial health
And we are allowed to play bowls again!Exciting times

Norm, is it right your bowls are already always more than two metres from the Jack?
