Good for me give the players a bit of rest perhaps give them say 5 days off
Impossible to decide for me. Obviously we have time for injured players to recover fitness, but apart from Oldham it will mean we will have 1 or 2 more games than others to play in April, which is likely to be disadvantage.

If we win some will say that we did so because we were fresh. If we lose some will say that we did so because we were stale.

Fit young men in their twenties who earn a living as professional footballers should be able to cope with either. My view is that it makes no difference.

Flynn thinks it will help.

Quotes from the Argus

“I need a rest and the players do too,” said the manager after the match on Friday.

“It’s been a long season. It will refresh them and it’ll give Labs, Matty Dolan and Crofty a chance to be back for the Yeovil game.

“It’s a pleasant surprise for us, as long as we back it up."

Unless it’s glove-manufacture, pretty long I’d say. What a waste eh? With his wage we could have got a promising young midfielder in.
What's Owen-Evans doing nowadays?
