5????
Can’t say I’ve heard of him.
But I am asking if he is any good why isn’t he in the Colchester side?, who are in the same division as us.
I hope Colchester are not dumping him on us.
Hope I’m proved wrong a he plays well for us.

Re: Luke Gambin
6Yes but it's not as simple as that: players sometimes thrive when changing clubs and M F has done well with some who were not in favour elsewhere.

12Comments from Colchester supporters:-
So they get a skillfull midfielder who was never given much of a chance here and we sign a midget striker, great!
Terrible bit of business from us, one of the most versatile players we’ve got
Good upgrade for him, wasted here, best of luck to him. Hopefully that means we can bring in another youngster who will hardly play now
Best of luck to him but this is ridiculous!! A player who should be starting ahead of some of the current starting 11 in my opinion, being let go to a competitor in the same league!
Absolutely bonkers!!
No doubt he’ll be replaced by an inexperienced kid - I hope I’m wrong!
I'm normally supportive and will defend this clubs decisions to the death, but this takes the biscuit. Ridiculous!
Naturally talented, speedy and totally underused. I would have him over Senior any day. What the hell is going on??
Re: Luke Gambin
13Being a winger is a specialist position. As such he might be very good but simply kept out of the Colchester team who might have a more in favour player in his position. Best or worst example of that comes from the other code. In my boyhood I remember Newport had a brilliant scrum half called Allan Evans. Who would have been a star if from any other country bar Wales. And kept out of the National team for an obvious reason.
He's our player now and I wish him the best of luck.
Edit.
Just read the post above.
