I fear a defeat with both Matt and Collins scoring for them. I hope I'm wrong.

On 2nd September 1989 Newport AFC played Stroud who are now known as FGR in the Welsh Cup and won 3-1. It was only Newport AFC's 3rd match ever and the cup run ended at Ninian Park and defeat by Cardiff City.

Kevin Roberts was in goal for them and played a couple for us later in the season when Birdy was injured.

I believe I'm right saying we have never lost a league game at either of their grounds, just in a minor league cup or county cup.

So our Top league scorer is on the bench.
Where are the goals coming from now?
How many league goals combined have the starting 11 scored?
I make it 9.

Big mistake leaving Twines creativity out of the side......I know I'm not a Lg2 manager but to all others reading this, only my opinion.

I'd prefer to see Twine in the side but am willing to see how it pans out. My guess is that it'll be a case of trying to contain them first half and then when they're tiring bring on the attacking talent to win the game.

Having said that I'll be happy to be wrong and see County go in 3-0 up.
