How do you know if you have a smart TV?
Sorry but this is all a bit technical for me.
Can you watch on your lap top if TV is not suitable?
Cheers
A smart tv is one that can use the internet to receive programmes. All tvs bought in the last few years are likely to be smart. They are typically capable of connecting to the internet to show Netflicks, Bbc iplayer and a host of other services. Some have Now TV although the one I've got doesn't. So I am going to watch the game on my tablet on Now tv. My tablet runs on Android operating system and I know it works. Presumably you have a Windows laptop and I do not have experience of Now in Windows. What I would do if I was you is Google Now tv on your laptop, download the app onto your laptop and see how you go. It will cost you nothing until you actually buy a 24 hour Sky Sports pass which you can activate on Wednesday.

I've just watched highlights of their game against Brighton which they lost 3 nil at home. I was encouraged to think that we have got the players to give them a tough game. It was noticeable that their defence found it difficult to cope with players running at them and we have a few who can do that. Overall they didn't look very good. But it's all relative to the standard you are playing at. Still I reckon we are in with a shout.

Many thanks.
Maybe ours is albeit its quite old as we have Netflicks, Amazon Prime & BBC I Player already on it.
Just looked and Now app is not set up on it yet.

This will be from the thread where Stan had failed to grasp that if you know are on a north-south line but not where you are on it, you might already be north of where you want to be and head off in the wrong direction. Highly recommend https://tighar.org/Projects/Earhart/AEdescr.html

This is the site I C&P'd from. http://www.southwalesaviationgroup.co.u ... 22019.html

It's obvious what happened. The plane did a job from Cardiff to Aberdeen and back before returning to pick Boro up and take them back to Teesside.

Well done Paul. I'm hoping to do it later today. I'll ask your advice if anything goes wrong.

Lewis didn't play at Morecambe after he got a kick in the face against Brighton, but he came on as a sub at Spurs because Ritchie was struggling with defensive duties. Dummett has been injured and Lewis seems to be their only fit specialist LB.

Far play to Steve Bruce for his comments about VAR, it has got ridiculous..

Cannot go any further at present mate as you need to buy the pass on the day only I think.
Hopefully I can then log in.
If not a tenner down the drain.

Wrong again George.

In the thread I pointed out that to navigate east to west you need an accurate clock. Knowing how far a certain star is above the horizon at a given point at a given time and using a capstan to measure how far that star is above the horizon at that time you can work out exactly what your latitude is.

That's twice you've been told.

You also need a clear sky.

Probably better to use Waze.
