It seems online shop down and clubshop closed? Can someone guide me as to where I can purchase a new kit?
Thanks
Re: Where and when can I buy a kit??
2As a medic friend of mine used to write on sicknotes when he could find nothing physically wrong with his patients ( who usually wanted to go to a football match ) “ gok “.
When asked by an employer what that meant he said gok = god only knows.
This is the answer to you I’m afraid.

3Poor show that on the day of the kit launch, when interest is at its maximum, the Club Shop website just has placeholder images and no way for people to buy / pre-order the kit. This is amateur hour stuff.utc1819 wrote:It seems online shop down and clubshop closed? Can someone guide me as to where I can purchase a new kit?

4There is going to be a pop up shop in kingsway according to Ryan Courtney on a post the other day. Do idea where or when though sorry.
Re: Where and when can I buy a kit??
5The pop up shop is being finalised as we speak, hopefully open next week. An official club announcement will be released soon. As to where and when, opening times etc.

6I don't live in Newport and when I do come down there I find it is a lot easier to get to our club shop at Rodders rather than go into the town centre... When will the shop in Rodders be open?

When will the shop at Rodney Parade be selling County related goods?

The shop is clearly currently out of bounds to us, presume that includes the new ticket office.
I sincerely hope that fans wanting to purchase home game
tickets on the day will not have to walk to the Neon to get them.
Mansfield away is only 3 weeks away.
Tickets can be purchased from ?
Hope its all in hand?
Just found out what a pop up shop is!
lots to think about in a very short period.

Re: Where and when can I buy a kit??
9I'm going to say it again, this is amateur stuff. We have a club shop website where you can't buy the new kit we've just proudly launched, and a ticketing website which currently (12th July) says: "Match Tickets for 2018/19 will be available in July 2018".
I get that there are logistical issues around the physical space we have available for a club shop / ticket office etc. But having working, updated websites where the club can flog stuff and make money is an absolute no-brainer. We will have lost, and will continue to lose, money on ticket / merch sales unless someone makes it a priority to sort this stuff out.

10I've just been on Mansfield's website and you can't buy tickets for our match their either (home or away)
I guess they need to get their act together before we can sell tickets on their behalf.
As we are implementing a cloud based SaaS solution, getting it set up once we have some tickets to sell should be a simple job.
