As you may have already guessed the Lincoln City game has now been re-scheduled as we will be playing .................TOTTENHAM HOTSPURS in the FA CUP 4th Round

Much has been said about Spurs and their hectic schedule in the next few weeks and the ''they may play a weakened side because of it'''.....look at ours...

Lincoln City...(promotion rival) away Tuesday................a 3.5 to 4 hour coach journey each way....
Colchester Utd away Saturday........another 4 hour journey each way


Spurs play Man Utd at home on Wednesday then Liverpool away on Sunday...( probably 1-1.5 hours flight up on Saturday afternoon



Ours looks tougher travel wise

Our players are tougher.

'Lighter travelled' and 'air miled up' will go into the Team-Spurs 'Strengths' column in Battleplan Spursgate 2....and into the 'Weaknesses' column will go 'one day of rest less' and coaches given the entire weekend off - 'over confident'.
